Auvdet_vdd01ji is an under-voltage detector that monitors the VDDD supply line. When the digital
supply voltage falls under the low threshold voltage (1.88V approx.) an alarm signal is activated
(high level). When digital supply voltage rises over the high threshold voltage (2.1V approx.) the
outputs turn low. Thus a hysteresis of 220mV (approx.) is provided for stable operation.
There are two alarm outputs:
one direct alarm UV_VDDI that is activated immediately; and
one filtered alarm UV_VDD that includes an internal RC filter and suppresses short drops of the
VDDD supply with duration up to 3µs (typ.)
For its operation the auvdet_vdd01ji cell needs a 3.3V analog supply voltage; a reference
voltage; and 1 µA bias current. The recommended reference voltage generator is abgpc01ji.
Either resistor to ground or current sink can be used to provide the bias current.
